Married John Elem [Ellem] on 2 Aug 1852 at CofE Gosford; family farmed, grew corn & raised cattle until in 1871 when John decided to join his brothers on the Clarence River; 9 ch; family notes that Mary was very small and thin, about 5 feet tall, a very fair complexion, extremely red hair; Mary died 8 Dec 1917; buried old South Grafton cemetery. possible relatives from Boa Island, Fermanagh per Lloyds Jun 1850.
