A family member provided information that Catherine Keenan (Kenan, Kennane, Kinnane, Kinane) from Tipperary Town was one of several sisters on the Pemberton and that their uncle was the Relieving Officer at the Tipperary Workhouse. It is further suggested that he helped organise for the girls to emigrate; other information that her parents were James Keenan & Mary Heffernan and she was from Currogemore (?), Tipperary Town is yet to be proven; Catherine married William Joseph Dunne in 1857 & lived in Williamstown.
