On list of passengers in ‘South Australian Register’, 9 Jun 1849; Jul 1851 charged with using obscene language on in Hindley St, Adelaide while drunk, fined 40s or a month in gaol with hard labour & Dec 1851 charged with disorderly conduct; unclaimed letters probably for her in 1853; when 23, married 27 year-old William Donkin on 20 Feb 1855 at Trinity Church, Adelaide; 11 children: 3 in South Australia 1856-8, 2 in Victoria 1860-61 & 6 in Newcastle NSW 1863-83; Elizabeth died at Parramatta in 1898, her parents noted as William & Sarah A and was buried in the Baptist cemetery; her husband, William, died at Wallsend, near Newcastle NSW in 1904.
