On list of passengers in 'South Australian Register', 9 Jun 1849; married 1) aged 18 to John Grieve at Mr Kelly’s Cumberland Farm, Onkaparinga district SA on 22 Jul 1850; 1 daughter; husband possibly died 15 Oct 1854; marriage 2) Johannes Engelden at Trinity Church, Adelaide on 9 Apr 1857 (her father shown as Cornelius Kearney); 3 children 1858-61; on 11 Jan 1862 her husband admitted her to Parkside Lunatic Asylum, discharged 20 May 1862; 2 more sons, one died in Brighton Institute in Sep 1867; husband charged with deserting his children in 1862 & 1863 leaving some children in foster care and his wife destitute; Honora admitted to Asylum 25 Oct 1867 where she remained until her death on 7 Nov 1902; buried West Terrace Cemetery.
